The reception staff were very friendly and accomodating and the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean.
The hotel was very out of the way. Nothing was close and if you rely on public transport you have a fair walk to get to it.

generally good all round hotel. good parking facilities under hotel. rooms are as advertised. metro is about 10-15mins walk, alternatively you can take the bus (approx 5 stops) to the metro which is a safer option especially if walking back (outside of shuttle timings). wifi worked well. hotel doesnt have restaurant but there are many restaurants on the main street abt 10 mins walk from hotel.
cold breakfast only. shuttle is only available early in the morning and late at night, there are no shuttles in the middle of the day. usually noisy in the mornings during breakfast (you can hear the crockery being set and stacked)

Ideal family-friendly place with quiet location next to a desert and the nearby metro station. Comfortable bed, high standard room with an exceptional view of the hills around.
Breakfast fairly basic.

The rooms are clean, the stuff are very friendly and helpfull, the breakfast was ok, and most important for me the rooms have sound proof walls so I enjoyed nice sleep during nights.
The location... it is far from metro station, eventhough there is a shuttle bus from hotel it is not for 24hr. if you miss it you have to walk for 20 minutes in a scarey area during night!

The hotel staff were so helpfull to mange the day trip, The hotel was clean and new. Tjhe breakfast was very good compare to the prise. The hotel provides shattle which were very helpfull for my parnts who couldnt walk the 1k to Metro station, because the M was nearby, the location was also convenient. Generrally talking, I hit 7 countries in May and this hotel was the best. cheap but every thing was great and I defenetly recomend it
The distance to Metro was 1k which might be a problem for old couples however, the is shattle for the morning and evening. If you want to come back after 12pm, the taxi is requred as the Metro is closed,

Very friendly and helpfull staff, excellent breakfast. Nice clean rooms and a nice (but small) bathroom.
The location of the hotel is very remote. The walk from the metro takes about half a hour and the walk to the hotel is very poorly lit at night wich makes it a bit scary. There is a shuttlebus but that takes hotel guests to the metro station but that's only between 9:30-10:10 and 21:00-22:30. Plus the restaurant has a very limited menu and even then a lot of the things on the menu weren't in stock.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
